Specialist Insurance Solutions is an independent insurance broker based in Hampshire, providing tailored insurance advice for individuals, landlords, property owners and businesses. We specialise in home, high net worth, landlord, commercial property and specialist motor insurance. We provide personal service, expert advice, and tailored cover for clients whose needs don’t fit a standard online policy.
The company was established in 1999 and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (reference number 305502). Specialist Insurance Solutions Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of TAADA Holdings Limited (registered in England and Wales: 16680940).
Adam Moate
Adam is a founder and director of Specialist Insurance Solutions, with over 10 years’ experience in insurance broking. He holds the Cert CII (Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute) and specialises in property, high net worth and non-standard vehicle insurance. Adam’s approach is built around taking the time to understand each client’s circumstances and arranging cover that genuinely fits – particularly for the properties and vehicles that standard online policies struggle with.
Ashley Williams
Ashley is a Director of Specialist Insurance Solutions, working alongside Adam to deliver expert, personal advice across the firm’s specialisms in property, high net worth, commercial insurance and specialist motor insurance.
Ash previously spent 30 years in the City, underwriting Private Client accounts before founding and running a specialist insurance Managing General Agency. He has also held several senior management positions throughout this time.

Great service and competitive quote
I contacted Specialist Insurance Solutions for a quote covering a particular set of circumstances. Adam was very helpful and provided a quote which, unfortunately, on this occasion, we weren't able to accept (through no fault of Adam's). Hover, I would have no hesitation in recommending SIS as the service provided was excellent.

Helpful and knowledgeable broker
Adam was extremely helpful, got back to me when he said he would, answered my endless questions. We required specific advice for our property insurance and Adam was able to liaise with the insurer to get the cover we needed at a fair price. I would certainly go back for other insurance in future.

Adam was extremely professional
Adam was extremely professional, polite, helpful and efficient getting our Home Insurance for the best price possible to include flood cover that my previous insurer could no longer provide for us. Our home was previously flooded and was essential we had this cover and Adam came up trumps providing exactly what we needed giving us peace of mind. We will certainly be looking at car insurance, caravan and motorbike insurance with Adam when our renewal is due.Thanks again Adam for your hard work.
